Rain Reset Ritual

Wake slowly
Let the rain wake you. Stay under the covers a little longer and listen to it on the glass. Nothing is urgent yet. The day can wait for you.
Walk in the rain
Put on a soft light jacket and step outside. Go without a destination. The streets are quieter, the air smells of stone and wet leaves, and the light comes down silver. Rain slows everyone, and you can let it slow you too.

Read, write, observe
Sit by the window. Read a few pages, or write a few lines that don't need to be good. Or just watch the drops gather and run down the pane. You don't need to produce anything. Noticing is enough.
Put your phone away
Set it in a drawer, face down, out of reach. The rain doesn't need a caption. What's here is only for you, and it will be more vivid without a screen between you and it.
Cook, eat, listen
Chop something slowly. Let a pot simmer while the rain keeps time on the roof. Eat at the table, unhurried. Between bites, listen to the water, the kitchen, and your own breathing.
End the day quietly
Turn the lights down low. Keep the window cracked, just enough to hear the rain. Wear the small things you never take off, and let the day fold itself shut.
